Gay Marriage Ruling Affects More than Ose/Brown - Sue Horne Endorsed by Log Cabin Group

I guess I can now write W.W.H.D.?
After a dastardly attack mailer backfired, Horne's campaign is taking on more water than the HMS Ose Titanic.
While Ose ran into the ICE-Berg, Horne's own endorsements are now continuing her rapid descent into the 30% range in her primary.
Case and point is a post from the FlashReport Jon Fleischman writes about the Log Cabin Republicans - a Gay Republican Group and their choices of endorsements.
Log Cabin Republicans work to make the Republican Party more inclusive, particularly on gay and lesbian issues. Equality will be impossible to achieve without Republican votes. Working from inside the Party--educating other Republicans about gay and lesbian issues--is the most effective way to gain new Republican allies for equality. Log Cabin also exists as a voice for GOP values among members of the gay and lesbian community...
Jon Fleischman wrote himself, "Great - we get it. And to the credit of California Log Cabin Director James Vaughn, he and his organization are virtual Energizer Bunnies when it comes to pushing the gay and lesbian agenda within the GOP."
In the wake of the California Supreme Court Ruling - W.W.H.D.? Is she going to stand up for the Log Cabin group or is she going to throw them under the bus?

Aaron:
The Horne campaign issued a release saying they did not seek the Log Cabin endorsement and rejected it. They also sent a release today denouncing the Supreme Court decision, but since I got that from every Johnson-Clark candidate, I didn't post it.
But since you asked:
Sue Horne Denounces Supreme Court Ruling to Legalize Gay Marriage
(Nevada City) - Conservative Republican Sue Horne strongly denounced today the faulty Supreme Court ruling which legalized gay marriage and overturned voter-approved Proposition 22.
"This ruling is an abomination to California families," said Sue Horne. "Voters overwhelmingly passed Proposition 22, making a strong statement that we want traditional marriage preserved for a man and a woman. The court has no right to redefine this sacred institution that has stood for millennia. I will fight to overturn this faulty decision."
Active in her local church and a co-founder of a local pro-life crisis pregnancy center, conservative Republican Sue Horne has never shied away from fighting for the conservative position on social issues.
Is Sue Horne telling gay and lesbian Republican voters in the district not to vote for her?
That's a good question. Dunno.
Has Doug joined our discussion???
JOHN
Polling shows that 25% of Republicans support the freedom to marry for gays and lesbians. 43% say there should be some form of legal recognition. Let's say we drive those apostates out of the party. How many districts can you win when you lose 25% of your membership? And the GOP voters who most support it are the younger ones. That's a brilliant idea. Let's drive away the future of our Party. Most people don't care about gay marriage. So when you hear the candidates foaming at the mouth about this and not talking about gas prices, the economy and other issues they tune and view us as irrelevant.
Sorry James,
It is the liberal folks who say they don't "care" about the social issues who have brought us where we on gas prices and the economy!
The same liberal Republicans that tell us we should not touch the social issues to "build" our party, vote against energy independence because it is BAD for the environment, vote for pork barrel spending life the farm bill or highway bill. Add that to the new entitlements like drug coverage and you have massive deficits that are ruining the economy.
What we need are consistent conservatives who can lead our party back to a Reagan Majority by showing how to solve these problems, while at the same time protecting traditional marriage and the innocent unborn. This is how to build a winning coalition.
John
PS: Many of the liberal Republican groups have endorsed Senator McClintock for almost all of his races, so no one is being driven from the party by standing for principles and the constitution... A lesson our national leadership needs to learn!
