Congratulations to Paul Carras on his retirement from the RUSD. While I did not see eye to eye an all issues with Paul when I served on the Rocklin School Board, I do believe he is an honest and hard working guy. But for the Western Placer Superintendent to call it an exemplary year is laughable. His school district has more debt than many states in the country. Maybe it is time to replace all the board members in the Western Placer Unified School District. For Mr. Carras, I think the financial problems existed before he was appointed to the board. Good luck Mr. President.
