Mark Williams goes off deep end / Rumor Mill

Recently, Mark Williams posted a hysterical Rant entitled: "Doolittle: "F" the District, the Voters, the Country"... in the rant, he claimed to know that John Doolittle was growing more paraniod and isolated. He also show his arrogance in assuming that he was on John Doolittle's revenge list.
I wrote in detail about Williams on the Placer CRA Blog
The only revenge list I know of is Ken Campbell's, having seen his behavior in the local media. John Doolittle doesn't even know Mark Williams. By the way: Mark Williams sat at John Doolittle's table at our Placer County GOP Lincoln Day dinner earlier this year.
Paranoid? Having talked to Mr. Doolittle on a few occasions, the only thing he is, is Angry because his character is being assassinated. John Doolittle has a right to due process and a right to the presumption of innocence. Detached? The media is deliberately ignoring the fact that the man has been all over the district the last two years.
If Doolittle was a Democrat, the Sacramento Bee would be assassinating the character of his accusers.
John Doolittle has the right to run for re-election and this supporter of John Doolittle has the right to call people on their agendas.
How many of you reading the news roundup saw the third story down about the Roseville City Schools and knew that Susan Goto and Krista Bernasconi are Republicans and that Helen Duran and Rene Aguliera are Democrats? In fact, Helen Duran and Rene Aguilera are on the Democrat Central Committee and on the school board right in the middle of Republican Roseville!
I write the above to underscore the level of knowledge one develops after 10 years of activism in the same area.
John Doolittle is not the problem, Democrats sitting on local boards in a Heavily Republican County are the problem.
Let's dispel some rumors -
Rico Oller is not running for Congress. He will not run against John Doolittle.
Eric Hogue is serious about running for Assembly (unlike Mark Williams).
Scott Leslie and Roseville City Councilmember John Allard are also seriously looking at running for Assembly. No mention anywhere of Rico Oller.
Not a single local elected that has supported the Congressman in the past has bailed on him.
Rumor - Mike Holmes is going to drop out and Endorse Ted Gaines.
While Mark's blog is all about him and how important he is, his posts illustrate the hyperbolae that exist in his own head. Eric Kerry-Egland would do well to disassociate himself from Williams.
