Mark Klang is no fan of Ted Gaines

Mark Klang is a conservative Republican resident of Rocklin and a former member of the Rocklin School Board. He is also not a fan of Assemblyman Ted Gaines.

I think Mark is obviously not happy with Ted Gaines, although this blog is, in my humble opinion, a bit over the top in blaming Ted for all the ills of Placer County.
Still, we'll keep an eye on it, like we do all the Placer County based political blogs.

Is this the same Mark Klang that ran against incumbent "liberal" Assemblymember David Knowles a dozen years ago?
Maybe he'll challenge "liberal" Assemblymember Gaines next year?
Mark Klang is no conservative. He ran against David Knowles and called him a "right wing anti-abortion zealot".
I'm no fan of Ted Gaines, but Klang is not attacking him from the conservative high ground, that's for darned sure.
I am the one that ran against David Knowles. First of all I never called Mr. Knowles a "anti-abortion Zealot."
Second, I am a Republican that can support a pro-choice Republican candidate. If the Republican candidates, especially in California, continue to make abortion their main issue, we will continue to be the minority party for many years.
Klang - notice that the commenters did not respond to the substance of your message against Ted Gaines? AKA you oppose the pro-union anti school-choice people Ted helped get into office.
Also notice that they are commenting anonymously? What courage of conviction!
For the record, Mark called himself a conservative, and it is not for me to say he is not if he calls himself that, unless obvious actions prove otherwise.
Klang is a Conservative... that is easy to prove.
BTW - I have supported Pro-Choice Republicans... we have some in the Placer CRA!
