Northern California conservative talk radio host Mark Williams is blogging about Twelve Bridges Elementary School in Lincoln, part of the Western Placer Unified School District.

As I well know, because my kids attend Twelve Bridges, the school posts the classroom assignments on the gate outside the school on the Friday before school starts.  The posting includes the kids' full names, their student ID number, their teachers' names, classroom numbers, and a map to the classroom.

Until I read Mark's post, I hadn't given my neighborhood school's practice of posting the classroom assignments in this manner a second thought.  To me, it was convenient to be able to drop by after work last Friday night and see which classes my kids got.

Mark's got a interesting take in this...I need to give it some thought.
