The City of Loomis is in a panic. They don’t want a legal medical marijuana shop in their city. And yet the Loomis area heavily supported Tom McClintock against Charlie Brown.
They apparently didn’t read the fine print on Tom McClintock. He consistently supported legalized medical marijuana during his time down in Sacramento. This was part and parcel from his Libertarian political philosophy:
California State Senator Tom McClintock, the most libertarian member of the state legislature, has declared his candicacy for Congress in a now-open district in northern California.
McClintock has worked closely with Libertarian Party leaders for several years, and has appeared at libertarian events. He is a strong fiscal conservative, but is also a strong supporter of medical marijuana and other civil liberties issues.

So who is to blame here? You voted for a legal medical marijuana shop in the City of Loomis when you voted for McClintock. And he is not going to raise a finger to help you out now.
it didn't work.
Besides - Mahlberg smokes Marijuana... at least I was told that she did at some point in her life when she was active in the earth first movement.
