Parking Czar For Irvine?

The Irvine City Council recently voted to give preferential parking rights to some residents.
It is an absurd notion and will not solve the problem. The city council was merely responding to a handful of resident (the angry mob) annoyed with students parking in their neighborhood.
Tustin has passed similar policies but looked at going even further--an all-out ban on overnight street parking.

What the hell? these "students" have as much right to park as anyone else!. It's the revenue generated from their tuitions that pays the taxes!! Irvine Valley College has the worst parking ever. I paid for an annual parking pass, and still have to arrive 90 minutes BEFORE my first class to get a stinking parking space. If you going to penalize us for parking on public streets, then penalize the homeowners too for not parking on their own property!!!!
