As readers know, Sup. Chris Norby's long-time Chief of Staff Eric Norby has left and gone to work at the county Health Care Agenc, with Executive Assistant (Aliso Viejo councilman) Phil Tsunoda taking over the chief spot.

Yesterday, Orange Councilman and OC Water District Director Denis Bilodeau joined the Norby staff. This is Denis' second tour of duty on the Fifth Floor, having served previously in former Sup. Todd Spitzer's office.
