Radio Hosts Issue Fatwa Against OC Lawmakers

In case you missed it, KFI radio hosts John Kobylt and Ken Champeau (of the notorious "heads on a stick" campaign) have issued a "fatwa" against six Republican Assembly freshmen in their listening area. The fatwa is an ultimatum to the targeted lawmakers - remove Mike Villines as Republican Assembly leader or risk recall.
The popular hosts of the John and Ken radio show are furious that not a single member of the Republican caucus seconded Chuck DeVore's motion to remove Mike Villines as Assembly leader. The radio hosts contend that the targeted lawmakers all took "No New Taxes" pledges, yet implicitly support a Republican leader who negotiated tax increases and is willing to side with Democrats to raise taxes on already overtaxed Californians.
The targeted OC Assembly members include Jeff Miller (AD 71), Curt Hagman (AD 60), and Diane Harkey (AD 73). Kobylt and Champeau have given the targeted six lawmakers 24 hours to support Villines' ouster. If none of the six do so, then the hosts will randomly choose one lawmaker to be targeted for recall.
