Near Miss On No-Confidence Vote in Hutchens at OC GOP Central Committee

I heard earlier today that a motion for a vote of no-confidence in Sheriff Sandra Hutchens was made and failed last night at the Republican Party of Orange County Central Committee. The motion came from Bruce Whitaker, long-time conservative activist and executive assistant to Sup. Chris Norby.
