Border Patrol agents Ignacio Ramos and Jose Alonso Compean were sentenced in connection with the shooting of drug smuggler Osvaldo Aldrete Davila, who was shot in the butt while trying to flee after smuggling several hundred pounds of marijuana into Texas.

Bush should have pardoned these two political prisoners.
