SACRAMENTO, Calif. - (Business Wire) California State Assemblyman Chuck DeVore today announced Bruce Herschensohn, the 1992 GOP nominee for U.S. Senate, has agreed to join his U.S. Senate campaign as Honorary Chairman. Mr. Herschensohn said, "I've known Chuck DeVore for 20 years. He volunteered on my campaign and has been a stalwart supporter of commonsense conservative principles. I am delighted he is running against Senator Barbara Boxer."

Mr. Herschensohn was an integral part of the Nixon Administration, first, in the U.S. Information Agency and later, in the White House. He also served on the Transition Team of President Ronald Reagan.
