"No on O" Battle in Westminster goes to the Street!

This morning, near dawn's early light, once again, Patriot Judy Ahrens was at Hayden School with her "No on O" sign. Only this morning was a little different than yesterday morning...You would think that it is "free speech" to hold up your sign on a public sidewalk without anyone impeding your rights.
Well apparently some people have a different idea. Like yesterday, two people emerged from the school office carrying "YES on O" signs and went to the opposite end of the driveway on the public sidewalk...but today we had some added action... Now, suddenly after several minutes a crossing guard emerged from the office with a "stop" sign. Judy related to me that it was like playing basketball, wherever she held her sign, the "crossing guard" (apparently making no real attempt to perform the actual function of a crossing guard) stood in front of Judy with her "stop" sign strategically located in FRONT of Judy's "No on O" sign.
Every place Judy moved, the crossing guard was sure to follow, and block. Today, Judy had her camera with her and wanted to take some pictures of the "Yes on O" sign holders that had emerged from the office. They refused to let her take their pictures and held the signs in front of their faces.
Employees of the District are not supposed to engage in promotion of any political candidate or proposition or measure on school time. These two told Judy, when she asked them if they worked for the School District, that they were just volunteer parents (who just happened to be standing in the school office with "YES on O" signs in hand, what a coincidence!)
Judy then proceeded, after the school traffic ended, to go to the Westminster Police Department to report that her rights had been impeded and she wanted to know what she could do about it. The Westminster Police Department didn't seem too interested in helping Judy, they just told her to call them if it happened again.
I wonder what tomorrow will bring? ....stay tuned for more street action on Measure O
