Flanigan/OCERS Appointment To Be Continued
By Matthew Cunningham | 10/06/08 | 04:24 PM EDT | 0 Comments
Just as I was publishing the previous post, I got a call from Moorlach Chief of Staff Mario Mainero to tell me Board Chairman Moorlach will continue the appointment of Thomas Flanigan to the OCERS board for two weeks.
Mario said he's largely satisfied that Flanigan does not work for Ryan Labs Asset management and therefore no conflict with relevant government codes exists, but...they'd like some more time to nail it down, as well as give Mr. Flanigan the opportunity to be at the Board of Supes to answer questions. Flanigan is speaking tomorrow at the Patriot Management Fall Symposium.
So, round one to Nick Berardino and the OCEA.
Stay tuned...
