I just finished watching McCain and he really deflated any hopes that I have that we Reps will retain the White House. His speech was boring and lacked any substantive discussion of his policies.
I was heartened to see McCain distanced himself from Bush except as to 911 and the War. I think that could be a winning strategy if he can somehow learn to connect with voters.
