SoS Random Alphabet Ballot Order Released

The office of Secretary of State Debra Bowen has just released the random alphabet order for the November 4th General Election. Here is the breakdown:
R, X, M, W, S, J, L, H, A, Z, I, D, F, Y, G, V, C, K, N, E, O, P, U, Q, B, T
I don't have much time to break down how this influences all the local races so I'll leave this post as an open thread for anyone who wishes to comment on it. We can all disagree on the impact that this has on election results but few dispute whether or not it has an impact at all. The more crowded the field becomes, the more weight I give to ballot order.
Off the top of my head a couple things jump out at me.
In the hotly contested Costa Mesa city council race, Jim Righeimer scored a big one. Last I checked there were at least 8-9 candidates filed for that race and his name will be first on top of all of them, while former Mayor Eric Bever and incumbent Katrina Foley were not so lucky (both at the bottom of the list).
In Garden Grove it looks like Paul Lucas' (did he ever finish filing?) name will be above both Andrew Do's and Trung Nguyen's, in that order.
In Santa Ana it looks like Pedroza's name will be sitting right above Bustamante's. This will certainly be the only time during this campaign that Pedroza will be above Bustamante in ANY form.
Other races in Fountain Valley, Huntington Beach, San Clemente, Irvine, Anaheim, etc, all deserve attention but I have not the time. What do you guys/gals think?

Ballot Order looks like this for Westminster City Council Race:
Penny Loomer (retired assistant city manager)
Alin Hamade (business owner)
Truong Diep (Field Rep - Van Tran - also current Board Member of Midway City Sanitary District)
Frank Fry (incumbent city councilman)
Allan Krippner (Planning Commission, Recruiting Consultant, current member of the Midway City Sanitary District)
Anaheim City Council:
Jennifer Rivera
Kostas "Gus" Roditis
Harry Sidhu
Faiz Zuberi
Robert J. Flores
Lorri Galloway
John Karczynski
Gail Eastman
Steve Perez
In Anaheim there are 10 candidates and 6 of them have a candidate statement. People who just don't care for city elections and are going out to vote for President will, in my opinion cast more random votes for Jennifer Rivera and Kostas "Gus" Roditis, since there are two seats open. Roditis, Sidhu, and Galloway have a better pull with people that kind of care and read, since they are the top three in the voter guide book and might not care to read all the 6 candidate statements. I still think the incumbents will win at this point, but who knows, it is still early.
Haha, Well I came in dead last. I think I can use it to my advantage though, I guess we'll see.

Actually first is the best and then the last. The middle is the worse Steve.
Here is the link to the Anaheim Candidate Statements. Question which two do you like the best?
