Over at Total Buzz, Martin Wisckol posted a link to an article by Martin and Dena Bunis on Orange County's delegates to the GOP annd Democratic national conventions.
I note with pride that one of the GOP delegates, Jacqueline Mahan, is none other than Jubalette #2.

Jackie is my wife daughter from her first marriage. She was barely two when Laura and I started dating, and I've never thought of her or her older sister as "step" daughters. They used to go by Cunningham, but once they reached the age when college applications and Social Security numbers loomed larger in their lives, it was simpler to use their legal last name.

Thank you, Missy. Jackie is actually the second one to catch the bug. Her older sister Danielle was secretary of the UC Berkeley College Republicans last year.

Democrats should be held to account as well. The slef proclaimed king of Democratic values Chris prevatt of the Liberal OC has posted a thread about Cralos Bustamante thats grossly expolits a homeless woman. This is the baramoeter of Democratic values in OC? I say no thank you.

I could not find the delegate purported to be representing the 47th District in that article. Isn't Truong Diep going as a delegate representing the 47th?
Truong Diep is going as an Alternate.
Troung Diep got booted as a delegate when they found out he never really lived in the 47th congressional district. It's kind of hard to get away with claiming to live in the 47th when you are on Midway City Sanitary and you're running for city council in a city outside the district. His consolation prize is to follow one step behind Van Tran in Minnesota as Van's alternate for the 46th congressional district.
