Sheriff Sandra Hutchens held a press conference this afternoon to clarify issues related to the Professional Service Responders program, which has been getting a black eye in the media lately.

Hutchens made it clear she believes the PSR program itself is "working very well" and that she felt the media reporting had created mis perceptions about it.
