OC/DC: OC Judge Rogan Mentioned in Washington Post

The Washington Post's "In the Loop" column written by Woodward and Bertstein protege Al Kamen, notes OC Judge James Rogan and the status of his pending federal district judge nomination. Rogan also earns the distinction of being an "old Loop favorite." Awww.

It is a shame that Jim Rogan has recieved such treatment from the Senate. His qualifications and his story would make him a fine addition to the Federal Courts.
One more way W. has failed.
Yes, the Democrats are being being obstructionist for the sake of politics. But I recall our Republicans doing a pretty good job on Bill Clinton back in the day, as well. This is what congress-critters do in a government that practices separation of power.
The difference is that W. has failed as a *leader* because he hasn't played the politics necessary to move his agenda forward.
As I posted recently, Politics is the Art of the Possible. What has W made possible since 2004?
