No word yet one whether Obama will enter Invesco Field and to the Obamacropolis on a chariot, preceded by a Senatorial procession, with an SEIU minion holding a laurel crown over his head and whispering that all men are mortal.
After observing the auguries, I predict Obama will get an 8-10 point "bounce," which will quickly evaporate as most people forget exactly what it was Obama said.

By the time Obama's done with this country, he'll make the lame walk, make the dumb talk and put hair on the heads of the bald.
I must admit, he is eye candy and I was somewhat carried away by his speech until he said taxes will be cut for 95% of the working population. How can that be? Will he have to eliminate all the tax credits? The speech was a lot of sizzle but still no steak. Sorry.
Kal - the Washington Post ran a detailed comparison of the Obama tax plan vs the McCain tax plan two days ago.
Matt I am surprised at you. Obama is talking about cutting wasteful government programs and will have details on how he plans to pay for new initiatives. I though that was the sort of red meat you Republicans live by? The guy is taking your best weapons from you. The debates will only make it worse.
That was a GREAT speech. Anyone who doesn't think so is just hopelessly biased or spinning so hard they'll never recover from the dizziness.
