OC/DC: Impeachment, Nicholas Esquire, One and Same?

I can't confirm this beyond the name similarity, so it could be a co-ink-ee-dink. If someone was actually in court yesterday, confirm or deny this and let me know.
Thus far, it appears the defense attorney for Broadcom billionaire Henry Nicholas III is none other than Gregory Craig, a well respected Washington, D.C. attorney with Williams & Connolly. Craig was on the team defending former President Clinton during the impeachment proceedings and Senate trial in 1998-1999.

Indeed, it was the same Greg Craig. Nicholas' lead attorney, however, is even more impressive: Brendan V. Sullivan Jr., who represented Oliver North in the Iran-Contra hearings.
