OC Board of Ed Trustee Felix Rocha Heading To Defeat?

It looks like long time OC Board of Education Trustee Felix Rocha -- first elected in 1992 -- is heading toward defeat at the hands of Long Pham. I can't remember if Pham is allied with Assemblyman Van Tran or Sup. Janet Nguyen or anyone else.
Here are the numbers:

UPDATE (11:08): Each update narrows the gap between Rocha and Pham: the latter's lead has narrowed to 51.9% to 48.1%. It's possible Rocha could pull this out.

Felix Rocha needs to have at least a 2,000 gap between him and Long Pham otherwise the late Vietnamese absentee ballots will put Pham over the top.
Long Pham is the Al Snook of the Vietnamese Community. He has no business being on this board.
If only Felix Rocha would've done something to help himself.
