Daily News Roundup - 2008

Quite the story in the OC Register about CUSD superintendent Carter getting caught inserting an 18-month severance clause in his contract that was never authorized by the Board. Apparently all these school superintendents attend the same seminars about how to bilk the taxpayers out of millions!
I'm curious whether T-rack will indict Carter when he is already prosecuting former superintendent Fleming for multiple felonies. Imagine prosecuting two CUSD superintendents simultaneously -- what a cesspool at CUSD!
