I'll second that about traffic being down. Lynn and I drove down to San Diego yesterday to go to the Zoo. Usually you can count on traffic from the El Toro Y all the way down to SJC on a weekend. There was none. There was also no traffic going through North SD County. I guess that;s the silver lining to higher energy prices.
In regards to the San Clemente/San Juan Cap gang violence am I correct that this was a rock throwing incident. Why is it that nobody cares about North County gang/gun violence but this rates major attention. Local gasbags like Gia Lugo making something out of nothing. Lets get real.
