Minutemen Alive and Well...in Westminster

The Minutemen protestors, many who are themselves "Legal" Mexican immigrants, marched the street entrance from Westminster Blvd. into the Home Depot Shopping Center carrying American Flags and "Stop Illegal Immigration" signs. The three hour "demonstration" was met with three known "agitators" that U-Tube these demonstrations after agitating the demonstrators into some kind of verbal exchange.
Well that escalated Saturday in Westminster. One of the "day laborers" assaulted a demonstrator, and by chance a Westminster Police car happened to be approaching when this scene occured. Witnessed by a Police Officer, the "day laborer" was handcuffed and put in the back of the police car and the demonstrators were safe again. When the demonstrators began to move up the street, the agitators (with cameras in hand) followed them, standing in the street filming them. A Westminster Police Officer saw what was happening and again the police approached the agitators and asked them to leave the area. One of the agitators is well known by the minutemen group. He likes to film the large vehicles with the many demonstrators coming into the parking lot and post U Tube films of them driving their "gas guzzlers". Funny thing, when the agitators left? guess what they were driving? A very large SUV. Sorry no one got that on tape to U Tube it.
So just what is the point? The point is that almost every Home Depot lets these "day laborers" that can speak Spanish/Mexican fluently, but no English loiter freely in their parking lots. This is a draw for the smaller contractors who buy their supplies and pick up day laborers that they don't have to do any payroll taxes on. In Costa Mesa, when Allan Mansoor was Mayor, they encouraged the police department to run the identities and work with ICE regarding the"day laborers" "documentation" and they were then picked up as illegals. There was a hue and cry from the illegal alien supporters, but Costa Mesa is a nicer place to shop and live today.
The contractors who pick up these day laborers are not only exploiting them, but they are avoiding payroll taxes and endangering the homes and the people that they do work for. These day laborers are not insured, they are not on any Workman's Comp contract. If they are injured, in our current court climate, they can sue the homeowner for damages. Along with all this - they are supporting illegal immigration because most of these men are "undocumented".
When will Westminster take the action necessary to stop this exploitation and illegal alien support? Because 1/3 of Westminster is Hispanic; the city leaders should not worry about elections. First of all most of the 1/3 are long- time "LEGAL" residents who dislike the illegals coming and taking jobs from Americans. Many of the Hispanic demonstrators Saturday indicated that the Hispanic community doesn't like it any more than anyone else does.
When will the City Leaders take a stand?

It really is amazing that illegal aliens have MORE rights than American citizens. In my hometown there is a city funded day labor site. When the program first started up the city officials asked the police to drive around town and look for day laborers and pass out flyers to them that read (in Spanish); "You are an important part of our community. We want you to stay here and make lots of money to to send home to your loved ones."
The day labor site is also the HIGHEST funded community assistance program in the city. Yes, it gets more money than even programs for kids, seniors, community medical centers, or public safety. In addition to the community service grant, the city pays most of the day labor site's expenses; rent, water, trash pick up, porta potties, and insurance. And they have now committed to buying this land in order for the day labor site to be expanded and "beautified".
Once I called our mayor to speak with her about my concerns over why the day labor site was being so highly funded through our tax dollars. She HUNG UP on me! Yep, the mayor of my hometown hung up on me, BUT the following week there was a man who spoke at the city council meeting and he confessed to being an illegal alien and he was there to thank the city for helping him stay in the country.
When he was finished speaking the mayor leaned into her microphone and said "Thank you and God bless you."!!!!!!
I, the LEGAL American citizen, the taxpayer, the one this mayor took an oath to serve was, HUNG UP ON, but the illegal alien was thanked and God blessed by the city officials!!!!!
When are Americans going to Wake Up? When are Republicans going to Wake Up?
(BTW....the mayor who hung up on me is also a Republican. Now does anyone want to take a guess as to what city I'm talking about?)

Orange County needs to take a stand on this issue and quickly, before our middle class disappears and we become a Third World Community like Los Angeles.
With gas at the pump approaching $5 a gallon you would think jobs in Mexico of drilling for oil, refining and exporting oil would be at an all time high. Mexicans here, legally or illegally could greatly improve their lives by returning to Mexico and taking back their own country in the process.
We don't have the brightest or the best from Mexico, but those who don't even like their own country, break our laws by coming here and are defiant of those citizens rightfully defending our laws and organizing peacefully. Instead we have illiterate goons attacking Americans on our own soil and politicians ignoring those actions.
Those elected, refusing to enforce our laws need to be physically removed from office and sued by the electorate. They no longer deserve the respect of any law abiding citizen voter. They themselves are knowingly ignoring our laws. Since illegals in some communities are now in the majority, those communities have politicians catering to lawbreakers. The new Mexican Cartel is alive and growing in the Orange County.
I can't understand why some public officials get this feeling of euphoria when they spend our tax money on another countries people, because they have the same surname. I'm also tired of listening to these people that set themselves up as some sort of high intellects. If you believe so much in your cause, spend your own money not mine.
Hoping to attend more Home Depot protests, let me know when the next one is...but do it in code. Seems the agitators know everytime the minutemen show up somewhere! Back to Westminster! Don't let up on them!!
