Kudos To ROV Neal Kelley

The OC Registrar of Voters used to be the sloth of state ROVs -- usually one of the last ROVs to publish results.
All of which has changed, in large part due to the effort of ROV Neal Kelley.
Tonight's live election results are a case in point. The OC ROV has updated election results four times since the initial posting at 8:00 p.m.
The Los Angeles County ROV has managed one update, just a few minutes ago.
The Riverside ROV hasn't updated its results since the initial posting of them - neither has the San Bernardino ROV.
All us political junkies who like are results fast so we can go to bed knowing who the winners are, owe Neal a big "thank you."
