California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) Endorses Councilman Harry Sidhu for 33rd State Senate District Seat
Anaheim, CA - City Councilman and 33rd State Senate District Candidate Harry Sidhu announced that he has received the endorsement of the California Statewide Law Enforcement Association (CSLEA) - the voice of law enforcement, public safety, and consumer protection.
CSLEA President and Special Agent, Dept. of Justice, Alan Wayne Barcelona, stated that, "CSLEA and our 18 affiliates representing approximately 7,000 public safety employees are pleased to endorse Harry Sidhu's candidacy for California State Senate." The 18 Statewide affiliates of CSLEA include: Association of Conservation Employees; Association of Criminalists - DOJ; Association of Deputy Commissioners; Association of Motor Carrier Operations Specialists; Association of Motor Vehicle Investigators of California; Association of Special Agents - DOJ; California Association of Criminal Investigators; California Association of Food & Drug Investigators; California Association of Fraud Investigators; California Association of Regulatory Investigators and Inspectors; California Association of State Investigators; California Fish & Game Wardens Association; California Organization of Licensing Registration Examiners; CHP-Public Safety Dispatchers Association; Fire Marshal's & Emergency Services Association; Hospital Police Association of California; State Employed Fire Fighters Association; and State Park Police Officers Association of California.
"I am honored to receive this endorsement of my candidacy for the open 33rd State Senate District seat from these guardians of our public safety," said Councilman Sidhu. "CSLEA members are peace officers and regulators whose main goal is maintaining and improving the safety and well-being of all Californians. I look forward to continuing to support law enforcement and public safety as a State Senator in Sacramento."
Harry Sidhu was elected to the Anaheim City Council in 2004. With the endorsement of CSLEA and the Orange County Coalition of Police and Sheriffs (O.C. Cops), Councilman Sidhu goes into the June 3rd Primary as a leading state senate public safety candidate.

The headline should be: "Unionized Government Workers Support Sidhu" ... and the question is, what did he promise them?
There's no guessing what Sidhu's pension votes will be if elected to the State Senate.
Where does it stop, Harry? 5% at 40?!

Yeah I'm sure Mimi didn't try to get this endorsement or anything...(insert sarcasm)
Regardless of who tried to get their endorsements, this panoply of government unions went with Harry over Mimi.
