SD33 Mailbox: Battle of the Santas

mailbox.jpgReaders will recall this Santa-themed hit piece from the Harry Sidhu for Senate campaign, that landed last week, putting Mimi Walters on Kris Kringle's naughty list for alleged transgressions against the voters of the 33rd Senate District.

The Mimi Walters campaign responded by appropriating the Santa-theme and turning it to their advantage: Santa Claus demanding an apology from Sidhu for using his image without permission, and taking a humorous smack at Sidhu's record:

OK, this was the funniest thing I had seen in a long time. I noticed in the letter it said that Santa is registered to vote in Orange....I thought I saw him in the Plaza the other day, having lunch at Citru City Grill!
