H/T to Total Buzz.
The OC Registrar of Voters has a cool doohickey on its website whereby you can see how many vote-by-mail ballots have been returned that day.

Dear Jubal:
I'd like to know where the Trung Nguyen assistant was getting all the ethnic voting data during the Nguyen/Nguyen election? It was posted on OCBlog as fast as it was counted. Where do you find that kind of information on the Registrar of Voters website?
A campaign can purchase the list of voters who have returned absentee ballots.
Then cross-reference to your voter file and run a report.
Pretty basic stuff.
The clock is ticking. Absentee ballots are already being mailed in. Is Dina sending out mail in English or are we missing it here on Red County?
she's still trying to redesign her website... open it up to the larger market if you know what I'm saying...
