Hoa's Hinky Campaign Report Countdown: Day 11

It's an entertaining post.
Regarding Hoa's problematic (to put it charitably) campaign report, campaign manager Edgardo Reynoso told Bolsavik:
On the financial disclosures for the period ending March 17, Reynoso said, "We're having our treasurer go through everything. If," and he emphasized if, "if there was any mistake, there would be an amended report."
"There was nothing illegal, wrong or inappropriate," Reynoso said.Uh, Edgardo might want to re-think that attitude in light of Section 1-6-16 of TIN CUP:
What about payments for the printing costs? "There was nothing illegal, wrong or inappropriate," Reynoso repeated. "If there was anything that required an amended statement, we'll file an amended statement."
At first, Reynoso mentioned that any amendment would be filed at about the same time as the next statement, due May 22. However, when the Bolsavik came back to that issue, Reynoso refused to confirm whether the campaign had given the treasurer any deadline on reviewing the transactions before March 17.
(a) Any person who intentionally or negligently violates any provision of this Ordinance shall be liable in a civil action brought by the District Attorney or by a person residing within the jurisdiction for an amount not more than three times the amount the person failed to report properly or unlawfully contributed, expended, gave or received or $5,000 per violation, whichever is greater.Hopefully, it won't come to that.
In the meantime, today we mark Day 11 of the countdown. Gracias to TheLiberalOC.com for joining the countdown a few days ago. Total Buzz has thus far not had much to say on the issue, but they are welcome to join the countdown at any time.

Edgardo is lying. He knows exactly what was left off the report.
Somebody call the D.A.!
Not to mention that if there are refunds due, TINCUP states they must be made within 7 days...we are at day 11!
