Hoa's Hinky Campaign Report Countdown: Day 10

hoa_van_tran_amend_bubble.jpgSheesh. What does it take for an aspiring county supervisor to comply with the county campaign disclosure ordinance?

It's been 10 days since OC Blog brought the Hoa Van Tran campaign's campaign reporting violations to light. And no amended report disclosing the expenditures that Hoa curiously neglected to report.

Hoa Van Tran is an attorney and an officer of the court. He's asking the people of the 1st Supervisor District to turn out the incumbent and elect him in her stead.

And yet, he and his boss/campaign treasurer/landlord/part-owner-of-TV-station-running-boatloads-of-Hoa-ads, Mr. Pho Du Nguyen, haven't taken the few hours necessary to comply with the law.
