This came over from the Jeff Miller for Assembly campaign (immediately after I posted the Blais Presser):
Miller Campaign Calls on Blais to Reject Endorsement from Group that Signed Ballot Argument to Gut Term Limits
MISSION VIEJO, CA -- The Jeff Miller for Assembly campaign this afternoon called on Neil Blais to reject the endorsement of a group that just three months ago was leading the fight for Fabian Nunez's Prop. 93 to gut term limits.
"The California Small Business Association led the charge against the Protect Our Homes Initiative (Prop. 90) and was one of the statewide ballot signers in support of Fabian Nunez's Prop. 93 to gut term limits," said Miller's consultant Dave Gilliard. "They fit nicely with the Log Cabin endorsement Neil Blais recently received, but they don't fit too well in a Republican primary in Orange County."
"Between his dubious endorsements and his job of securing tax dollars for liberal government agencies, including those that cater to illegal aliens, Neil Blais' claims of being a conservative are beginning to look like a big joke," said Gilliard.

Hey Dave
Didn't you hear ?? Blais used to be a big time Dem, so of course he would take orders from a Fabian Nunez front group. I can't wait to see Team Blais roll out the SEIU endorsement next week. His campaign Chairman Gary Rove really has no clue about what a good endorsement is in a GOP Primary. This is almost too painful to watch.
Regards
Phil Paule
Dear Mr. Paule
We like to endorse winners, thus no Blais endorsement will be comming. We like what Neil stands for but don't want to put our good name on it.
The Boys Purple & Gold
What kind of research operation does Neil have? They should have known better than to roll out this endorsement. Talk about putting a target on Neil's back!
There goes Miller with the Log Cabin Republicans, again.
And, as I recall, it was Poizner who led the charge against Prop 93 (almost singlehandedly), with other Republicans strangely silent.
Pathetic.
From what I see in my delivery bag for Tuesday, Blais should have spent a little more money researching himself. Holy Smokes this is a ""campaign over"" mailer that Team Miller is delivering.
I am a Union officer for the the National Letters Carriers Association and this stuff Blais aparently did really makes me mad. I wish I was a Republican so I could vote against Blais.
GRAND OLD PARODY
Neil will have something else in common with Poizner, when he ran for the Assembly he lost too.
Jeff Miller is going to lose this by 30%. The only thing that could stop our great councilman Neil Blais was if he was caught handing out taxpayer money to illegal aliens in Los Angeles for some social welfare program. What are the chances of that happening ? Blais in a landslide. Welcome to Sacramento Assemblyman Blais !!!!!!!!!
I don't work for the Miller campaign but myself and some volunteers are going to be at Neil's church this weekend handing out flyers telling his fellow church members how Blais is supported by radical homosexuals who what to destroy marriage and mandate that the State let single men adopt any child at any time. Nice going Mr. Blais, you disgust me.
