This came over in the morning from the Neil Blais for Assembly campaign:
Jeff Miller Major Error: Miller Used Incorrect and Untrue Info in False Charge against Blais
Miller Credibility Shattered After Mailing Incorrect Charges against Blais
(Orange) - Jeff Miller committed a credibility-shattering blunder Monday when he ignored the results of his public information requests (Freedom of Information Act) and used incorrect information to levy a false charge against Neil Blais and his wife's business, Blais & Associates. Incredibly, Jeff Miller's attack mail, which began hitting mail boxes Monday, falsely alleged that Blais & Associates had been paid by Los Angeles County to find taxpayer money to fund illegal aliens.
But, according to official county records, Blais & Associates has not performed any work for Los Angeles County and therefore has not been paid by the County. Jeff Miller's mailing claims Neil Blais had earned "thousands of dollars" from Los Angeles County.
What's worse, on March 28, 2008, Jeff Miller was officially and specifically notified by Los Angeles County that "Blais & Associates, Inc. has not been requested to provide services."
"Jeff Miller was told point-blank that Blais & Associates had not performed any work for the County of Los Angeles, but Miller mailed his completely false and inaccurate 'hit piece' anyway," said Blais spokesman Tim Clark. "The charge is completely out-of-line. And, now it's been discovered that Jeff Miller was specifically notified of his wrong facts. This gaffe will completely shatter his credibility with the voters."
Jeff Miller sent a press release yesterday trying to cover for his error by claiming Neil Blais lied on his Form 700 Filings about the income. But, Neil Blais consulted extensively with the FPPC when completing his form 700 in 2006 and 2007, and he complied with their recommendations.
Miller's press release also conveniently ignored the fact that a large percentage of the income for Blais & Associates was for their work with the City of Corona - Jeff Miller's City -- where over the past year Blais & Associates has helped secure over $1.1 million in transportation, school safety, and other grants.
This is in contrast to Jeff Miller's energy scandal that cost Corona taxpayers $3 million.
In addition to notifying the voters of Miller's wrong charge, Blais & Associates is considering other possible avenues to address this fabrication by Jeff Miller. "There's a clear case of libel against Neil Blais and an unwarranted attack on his wife's business," said Blais Campaign Manager Bill Cizmadia. "This was an utterly reprehensible act by a shameless candidate, and Destin Blais is within her rights to pursue every remedy allowed by law."

You might want to check out the new post at Total Buzz. It turns out Miller was right.
No, it says that Miller's mail was over the top and confirms that Blais has not done the work that Miller claims. Essentially Miller lied and has been caught in his lie.
No, it says that he was "ready and willing" to do the work and confirms that he filed false 700 forms (which is a crime).
Typical liberal response by the Democrat Blais
Sue Everyone.
Is Gloria Allred available ?
Funny how Team Blais trash Riverside County voters every chance they get on this BLOG yet Blais does business for the City of Corona, his Campaign Chairman Gary Thompson has a contract with the County of Riverside and is running around the proposed City of Menifee trying to get a contract with them.
