This came in a few hours ago from the Hagman for Assembly campaign:
Californians Against Illegal Immigration Endorses Curt Hagman
Orange - Curt Hagman, Mayor of the City of Chino Hills, and conservative Republican candidate in the 60th District, received today the support of Californians Against Illegal Immigration.
"Curt's twelve years of volunteer law enforcement experience make him the Republican we trust to secure the border" said CAII President Marie Waldron, who also serves as a Councilwoman in the city of Escondido.
The endorsement comes only a few days after Mayor Hagman held an Orange County town-hall meeting with President and Founder of the Minutemen Civil Defense Corps, Chris Cox.
"When I am elected to the Assembly I will push to give law enforcement authority to check the immigration status of suspected criminals and push the federal government to reimburse state taxpayers for the $750 million spent on illegal immigrant criminals," said Mayor Curt Hagman.

I believe that's Chris "Simcox" - the founder of the organization.
Doesn't anyone on the far right of the Republican Party listen to Jack Kemp on Immigration? While border enforcement is a focus, there should also be concentration on immigration reform and allowing the undocumented who have been working hard for years in this country to obtain temporary work permits. Losing the Latino vote for a generation on this issue ought to be a real long-term policy concern.
