This Vietnamese email came through the Bolsavik's trough today. Apparently, incumbent OC Supervisor Janet Nguyen is short of campaign funds. It seems that the Van Tran camp's strategy of hitting her in the pocketbooks worked. She says she's short by $25,000.You can read the whole post here.

What candidate is not "short' on campaign funds 3 weeks before an election? This is a non-story, and Jubal is right to point out that Janet Nguyen may have outsmarted them all by putting her effort into absentee voters.
Janet is "short" on campaign funds because people are refusing to donate more money to "spend spend" wasteful Janet!
$2.5 million bridge is "nothing" for wasteful Janet.
Last time I checked CRA, your girl Dina did not say that she would not procede with the bridge. Kinda like the pot calling the kettle black. Or I guess the proper color would be red with your crew.
