1st Supe District Mailbox: Janet "Driving Gangs Out!"

We haven't been providing as thorough coverage of the 1st Supervisor District election mailbox wars as in the 2007 special election, but we'll try to remedy that.You can see a number of pieces Sup. Janet Nguyen has sent out in her quest for re-election on her campaign website -- although they tend not to post the negative or comparison pieces there. Tomahwak posted one of those pieces earlier today.
Here's a mailer Janet's campaign sent out a couple of days ago, touting herself as fighting to "drive gangs out!"
Maybe Janet can do something about the staff over at Hoa Van Tran headquarters.

I noticed the flyer depicts a meeting/collaboration with Acting Sheriff Anderson. If she's willing to use his photo to give her some credibility as a "tough on crime" Republican then she ought to give him her vote for the permanent position of Sheriff as well.
Is Janet promoting "tough on crime and soft on pork barrel spending"?
