H/T to Martin Wisckol at Total Buzz for spotlighting this new blog on the scene: The Bolsavik.
Cool name.
It's the endeavor of one of the Nguoi Viet editors who was fired over publication of a photo of a petticure tub with the image of a South Vietnamese flag in it.
Yeah. It's gotta be a cultural thing.
In any case, The Bolsavik promises to be a good source of inside-Little-Saigon political chatter during the 1st Supervisor District campaign. For example, the blogger can fill in some blanks about the various donors to the various campaigns.
Check out this humorous take on Democrat Hoa Van Tran campaign's relationship -- or curious lack thereof -- with Sen. Lou Correa.
Also, The Bolsavik listens to Red County Radio -- a sure sign of being a politico in-the-know.

Looks like a potent and mutually respectable blogging couple for Vietpolitic aficianados: Red County & the Bolsavik...haha, funny that you mention that 'he' listens to Red County Radio...that just shows how well regarded this publication is accepted as a viable, reliable source for Vietpolitical news...
Well, I've been reading only these 2 publications to get the full picture of what is occurring in the Vietnamese political landscape...
Was he truly fired for printing that publication? I guess 'freedom of speech' is not entirely embraced in Little Saigon...then again, with the element of 'protesters' as a constant in the mix, this notion can often be misguided and misdirected...
Maybe we can now all be saved from all those inane comments that arise out of the constant intra-Viet warfare. You know what I mean student, cra republican, etc.
