Assemblyman Jose Solorio Hosts California's New Gang Czar
Gang Czar to Listen to the Challenges and Successes in Orange County in its Fight Against Gangs
What: Assemblyman Jose Solorio (D-Anaheim) is hosting a significant public safety symposium. Paul Seave, the Governor's first appointed state director of Gang and Youth Violence Policy, will offer his initial plans for his office, hear from local law enforcement and community leaders and answer questions.
In addition to Mr. Seave, other public safety community leaders will participate. Scheduled to appear are Orange County District Attorney Tony Rachauckas and the police chiefs from Anaheim, Garden Grove and Santa Ana.
When: Friday, April 4th from 9 a.m. to noon.
Where: Santa Ana Police Department Community Room, located at 60 Civic Center Plaza in Santa Ana.

Assemblyman Solorio represents the 69th Assembly District, which includes the cities of Anaheim, Garden Grove, and Santa Ana. He is chair of the California Assembly's Public Safety Committee and also serves on the Assembly's Education, Transportation, and Appropriations committees.
