Court Granted Injuction Against Protesters

This morning, at the request of the Nguoi Viet Daily News, Orange County Superior Court Judge Derek Hunt granted an injunction against the protesters who have been demonstrating in front of the newspaper's office for more than two consecutive months.
Trong Doan, one of the leaders behind the protest was recently arrested by the Westminster Police Department for allegedly assaulting a newspaper employee.
I heard about it a few hours ago but couldn't get in front of my laptop until now. For more coverage of this brouhaha in Little Saigon by the Orange County Register, click here.
Even though the mainstream media is critical of these protesters, and rightfully so, I seriously doubt anyone could discourage them from stopping. In fact, Trong Doan and his buddy Ky Ngo along with 19 other people just formed a committee called "Forces to Protect the Honor of the South Vietnamese Flag" -- this is a translation of the group's name in Vietnamese -- to move forward with more demonstrations. They are holding a press conference on Sunday, April 13 to announce their intentions.
Never a dull moment in Little Saigon.

If someone know what's going on the below facts:
1. Westminster polices were looking for Ngo Ky all day yesterday.
2. Two Westminster police went to Court and looking for Ngo Ky again. But he did not show up at Court.
Why ? Why ?.
A reliable source said police wants to interview Ngo Ky to confirm some incidents before making decision to arrest him or not.
That why Ngo Ky's hiding now.
I expect that Westminster police will arrest Ngo Ky soon. What do you think ?.
Maybe we should also form a group of "Forces to Protect the Honor of the American Flag"....sounds like fun to me since our crazy laws allow people to burn it, wear it, make handkerchiefs of it, paint it on all manner of weird items and we do nothing when other countries drag it through their streets buring it and effigies of our presidents. Now that stuff really ticks me off.
