Another Candidate Pulls Paper for Capistrano Unified School District

I just got notified by a good friend that a person by the name of Makam Subbarao pulled papers yesterday for the Capistrano Unified School District, Area 5 in the upcoming Recall Election.
If Subbarao qualified, he or she will be running against Ken Maddox, the candidate backed by the CUSD Recall Committee.
