Mrs. Jubal and I watched a segment last night on KABC-TV News about the OC Central Jail lock down. I don't remember what the news readers was saying because I was too busy pointing out to Mrs. Jubal that KABC was using B-roll of Theo Lacy Jail, not OCJ.

I guess all jails look alike to the producers at KABC.
