Getting the jump on your opponents when it comes to absentee voters is a smart move by Janet's team, especially in the Vietnamese community.

With careful eyes, one will find out that Janet did NOT include her committee id in her mailer. Is this illegal? How can FPPC know that this mailer was from Janet's campaign or MoveOn.org footed the bill?

Did Gillard approve this mailer? There are few unsubstantiated claims of her accomplishment. Tricky, tricky!

There is no requirement to include an ID# on political mail. The ID# relates to fundraising only. The only requirement for political mail is that the name/address of the sender be included, as it appears to be in the upper left hand corner.

What is Janet's committee's name? Is this NOT "Janet Nguyen for Supervisor? Which one is a correct committee's name? Now Gillard runs the show or some amateur and non-paying campaign staff are doing the work. Does she have enough money to pay Gillard for his consulting? Why are so many mistakes on the first mailer?

Sometimes you are the first horse out of a start but you may not be the first one to finish. Let's wait and see.

Assuming you are correct, is this a correct sender? Or one needs to assume more. If without an ID, how can FPPC regulate and exercise its authority to certain that who the sender is?

Looks like an amateur show producing an amateur mailer. Too early and too over the top. Lot of false propaganda that will come back to haunt Janet Nguyen. It's the same old Janet MO from the last election that got her into hot water in the Viet media when Trung called her out. Looks like she hasn't learned a bit despite all the problems. Just dumb.

Fact is and you know it, Janet Nguyen is in political trouble. She has more problem now than you know it.

Just know that I am a voter in the First and Janet is not going to get my vote, period. I will also tell all my family members and friends to not vote for her.

Janet Nguyen is a divisive and petty person. That is why ALL Viet electeds are against her. They do not like her and do not want to work with her because she stabs them in the back, repeatedly.
