Update On Orange-Theo Lacy Dispute

As I posted earlier, Orange Mayor Pro Tem Jon Dumitru and Councilman Denis Bilodeau held a press conference this morning regarding the OC Sheriff's plan to implement a state prisoner re-entry program at Theo Lacy.

According to Peggy Lowe over at Total Buzz, they expressed a willingness to sue the count, if necessary, to protect the integrity of the Orange's agreement with the county over Theo Lacy.

Over on the Sheriff's Blog there's a loooong open letter from Acting Sheriff Jack Anderson to Mayor Carolyn Cavecche and the City of Orange regarding the issue.
