Every month, the Republican Party of Orange County would recognize someone who has dedicated numerous volunteer hours to the conservative cause as their Volunteer of the Month.  Well for the month of March, they selected Chris Palmer as their honoree for his service to the Republican Party at all levels.

Palmer is a legislative staffer for Congressman John Campbell (Deputy District Director if you want to get technical about it).  He's been with Campbell since 2002 and stuck with his boss throughout the Senate and House campaigns while other folks moved on.

If you are a regular at those CRP conventions, you know that Palmer is definitely deserving of this recognition as he is the guy who is always there volunteering as the "Sergent at Arms", which is a nice title for bouncer.  Pretty much what he does is ensuring that hungry staffers and volunteers cannot sneak into those expensive luncheon at the convention without tickets.

And Palmer volunteers for this job at every convention.  Congratulation Chris!
