"Red County Riverside Editor Dave Everett sent over these video footages of the border tour his office"?!
C'mon, isn't it time to end this charade Tomahawk?
His office? Don't you mean your office?
Fremont,
What's your problem? Who gives a **** who sent it over?
Actually, who gives a darn about the videos? What exactly has he done while he's been in office about illegal immigration, does he have any record on it, or is he just making videos because he's up for re-election?
Anon,
Like Van Tran's really being seriously challenged for re-election that prompted him to head for the border to seize on this issue so that he could get re-elected .... or lose?
Maybe you guys aren't paying attention: the issue here is the California National Guard's deployment on the border. And in case you forgot, Van Tran is a California Assemblyman.
Get it? State issue, state legislator?
Van Tran is the man...don't diss my boss...
I mean this nice and good politician...he does these things out the decency of his own good heart...
I like how Tran pretty much piggybacked off of Chuck DeVore's trip to the border over a year ago.
Good point Anon 1:23.
It's comical to see that the last three posters are of one and the same blogger. Trying to be tri-polar and turn out to be Janet nguyen or her husband Mr. Tom Bonokowski Nguyen, using the same computer to pound out these hateful and petty posts.
Janet Nguyen hates Truong Diep because Truong Diep gets under her skin, which is already thin. Many of her supporters are jealous but frustrated with Truong, who is an elected and a political star in his own right. It sounds like Janet is afraid of him surpassing her. Sounds like paranoia and delusion on her part, again. Watch out for the knife Truong!
Looks like Janet Nguyen and her helpers wanted to fly in a helo but can't get one. Van Tran's staff should have made the arrangements to include them or thew'll be crying like babies, and throwing tantrum like spoiled brats. It's really funny.
Again with the censorship! How many times are you going to fundamentally alter my posts?! The next time it happens, I'm going to the website proprietor(s). You're not allowed to hide behind anonymity and censorship.
I have no association with Janet Nguyen whatsoever, but it's funny that you assert that. The paranoia has truly infected the Tran office.
And, for the record, I've only used one name: JC Fremont. Any assertion to the contrary is absolutely false.
Tomahawk -
I have every single one of my comments saved, along with times and dates. Furthermore, I'm certain the administrators have gotten email notifications every time a comment is added to the blog to corroborate that my comments have been censored. There's really no point in continuing to censor my comments.
Tomahawk, you've been outed man. It's time to stop the charade.
Alright Truong, I've warned you.
JC Fremont ... or whoever,
This is not Tomahawk or Truong or whoever you want to claim. Sick and tired of reading your posts that are full of threats and insinuation. Stop your BS.
If you don't have anything to contribute to the blog, instead of picking personal fights with Truong or whoever, then take it outside the blog. This is not your private boxing ring. Idiocy.
JC Fremont,
Why don't you save all of us blog readers the hassle by picking up the phone and calling Truong, or whoever, if you have a personal beef with him? you seem to know who he is.
Again, don't pollute this blog with your threats and "warnings". It's not create for that kind of language.
What exactly has he done while he's been in office about illegal immigration, does he have any record on it,
A quick trip to Tran's website shows that he has a good record on the issue and his bill to screen the prisons for felons who are illegal is brilliant. All of these open border folks who say that only the federal government can do anything about illegal immigration should take a page out of Tran's book and look for ways to discourage this exploitative system.
*Assemblyman Van Tran plans to draft a letter with other state lawmakers asking federal officials to continue funding these vital border operations. Gov. Schwarzenegger spent two days in Washington D.C. earlier this week; in part lobbying to continue Operation Jump Start while more border agents are recruited and trained.
*In An Effort To Alleviate Budget Crises, Assemblyman Tran Proposes Bill To Screen State Prisons For Illegal Immigrants
Tran measure would require The Department Of Corrections to verify the immigration status of any new prisoners that are taken into the California prison system
“Step one is to get these criminal felons out of our country,” said Tran. “Step two is to complete the California-Mexico border fence authorized last year by Congress, so that these criminals can never return to victimize our neighbors.”
*2/6/2007 - Tran Issues Statement On Lack Of Federal Funding For Illegal Immigrant Incarceration
*9/27/2006 - Assemblyman Tran Applauds Governor Schwarzenegger Signing Bill To Assist Legal Immigrants
*Wednesday, October 11, 2006 - Tran joins California Assemblyman Chuck DeVore foe an illegal immigration task force hearing at the Tustin community center.
So Tran...
"joined"
"applauded"
AND
"issued a statement"?!
WOW! I'm impressed.
I wasn't interested in Tran's record on illegal immigration...though we can get into that eventually. I was more interested in his allowance of a staff member, who is also a public official, to blog anonymously and libel other Orange County elected officials. I'm sure I'm not the only one concerned. I'm sure Wisckol and Lowe would also be interested in getting to the bottom of this.
It would be fun reading a column of theirs that cites from past posts "Tomahawk" has made and compare them to official Tran policy.
JC Fremont,
You are getting ridiculous with your rants. Please take it to the courts, and not the blogs, if there is any libel and slander against you or anyone you support. We have a legal venue that resolves problems like this. Be honest and say that you are a Janet supporter, and maybe one of her hired hands. Give all of us readers a break from your tired rants.
As for Van Tran, he's a public official and you can contact his office directly and talk to him if you have an issue with his staffer. I doubt if he wants to resolve your problem through the blog.
