AD60 Watch: Hagman's Response to Dick's Fundraising Claim

This came over a few minutes ago from the Curt Hagman for Assembly campaign:
TRICKY DICK STRIKES AGAIN
The campaign of Assembly candidate Larry Dick has just released another misleading interpretation of the latest campaign finance reports.
In the last month Mayor Hagman has been endorsed by a long list of elected officials and organizations while Larry Dick has struggled to expand his support base. With momentum clearly building behind Mayor Hagman's candidacy, Tricky Dick has decided that a desperate mis-leading press release is the best course of action to fight against Hagman's recent outpour of support.
Dick's release brags about bringing in $23,225 in the last three months. It fails to note that $15,150 of that is in money that can only be spent during the general. In comparison, Curt Hagman recently reported collecting $22,600 in ONE day.
Further, Tricky Dick's newsletter brags about cash on hand, but once again, it failed to note that his campaign is burdened with over $145,000 in debt. When the debt is subtracted out, Tricky Dick has less than $165,000 left. Take out the funds that can only be spent in the general election and he's left with a little over $130,000.
In comparison, Curt Hagman has $275,000 in SPENDABLE cash on hand still maintaining a healthy financial lead even with Tricky Dick's slick accounting. To top it off, Mayor Hagman has purchased seventeen slates, compared to Dick who only purchased one district-wide slate. As a matter of fact, Tricky Dick is so dedicated to hiding costs in order to inflate his report he has yet to show a payment to a professional consultant, raising the question:
"Does he even have a consultant"?

This race is getting interesting and nasty, just like the 71st. Thank God for contested primaries and term limits!
hahahahha. Tricky Dick is hysterical. I suspect Jon Flashman will come to Tricky Dick's defense. After all, everyone knows he is supporting him.
Actually, the question that comes to my mind is "does Hagman have a legitimate consultant." This is the most juvenile press release I have seen this cycle. What little respect I had for Hagman has now evaporated. Perhaps these kind of schoolyard are the norm in Chino, but I doubt Orange County voters will be impressed.
Slice, I'll say the same thing I said to an anonymous commenter on the Jeff Miller post.
These press releases are not intended to get votes. They are written for local donors and third house.
Therefore "Orange County voters" need not be impressed.
Yes, Hagman has campaign consultant: Jim Nygren. Who is also the same consultant working for Huff.
It is the truth in what Hagman is saying, which is something that the Dick supporters and even Larry Dick himself can't deny. I encourage you all to scan through the campaign finance records, which speak for themselves.
"Juvenile Press Release", I think not. Perhaps you are a Larry Dick supporter all along, but do not want to expose your REAL name.
Orange County GOP does not dictate who will win, the voters in the 60th AD. It is disgusting how OC supporters wants their guy to represent them without regard to the people in Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
