1. Three Trustees from the Capistrano Unified School District, Anna Bryson, Ellen Addonizio and Larry Christensen, who will address the particularly severe impacts on our local school district and their plans to address it.
2. 71st District Assemblyman Todd Spitzer.
3. Rancho Santa Margarita Mayor Neil Blais.
4. Rancho Santa Margarita Councilmember Tony Beall will act as the moderator for the event.
The Town Hall meeting is open to the public and is free of charge. Members of the press are also encouraged to attend.

Chartered in 1934, the CRA is the state?s oldest and largest Republican volunteer organization. The CRA works to support and elect candidates who stand for conservative Republican principles. The CRA is an official ancillary of the California Republican Party. President Ronald Reagan called the CRA, "the conscience of the Republican Party."
A well-respected group of local residents formed the RSM Republican Assembly last year, the 14th and newest CRA unit in Orange County.
RSM CRA President Jennifer Beall commented, "This town hall meeting will give every resident an opportunity to speak with their local leaders about the serious impacts the State budget crisis will have upon us all."

What Impact Will California?s Budget Crisis Have on South Orange County?
Town Hall Meeting Will Feature Several Local Officials
Rancho Santa Margarita, Ca. On Tuesday, February 19th, a Town Hall Meeting focusing upon the impacts that the State?s budget crisis will have upon South Orange County will be held in Rancho Santa Margarita. A panel of several prominent local elected officials will analyze and discuss these issues of critical importance to all residents.
The panel will include:
