The Grindle Plan To Regulate Political Speech In Orange County

I managed to get a hold of the plan devised by Shirley Grindle to increase government regulation of political speech in Orange County -- conventionally known as "campaign reform."

Here's the "final" amended TIN CUP 2.

Here's the final amended version of the County Fair Campaign Practices Commission.

Read them and weep.

The Board of Supervisors is tentatively scheduled to consider these ordinances on Fe. 5. All men and women of good will who care about the 1st Amendment and free political speech should contact their supervisor and ask that they reject these proposals.
