STATEMENT BY DISTRICT ATTORNEY TONY RACKAUCKAS

"I believe today's news of the Sheriff Michael Carona's retirement is good news for both him and the County. The Orange County District Attorney's Office has enjoyed a good working relationship with Assistant Sheriff Jack Anderson for many years. Our latest major project was the South County gang injunctions. We do not expect that today's news will have any effects in the day to day operations in our departments working together."
