The Washington Post today ran a story involving Southern California, OC's neighbors over in Chino. The Humane Society sent undercover videographers into a slaughterhouse the organization claims is in Chino showing less than humane treatment of cattle destined for processing and ultimately, school lunch programs. By my search, I can't find it on the Register's site or over at PE.com so the Humane Society must have taken the story to the Post and skipped the locals. No details yet on how the activist masqueraded as an employee or how the video was actually taken. The firm involved denies the allegations in the Post, while the U.S. Department of Agriculture cries foul, or is it fowl?
